1. About this service

Matchpredix is a free, data-driven football prediction tool covering the English Premier League, Championship, and League One. We publish modelled probabilities, accumulator suggestions, and odds comparisons sourced from UK-licensed bookmakers. We do not take bets, hold customer funds, or operate any gambling activity ourselves. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & 18+ requirement

This site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please leave the site immediately. Commercial gambling by under-18s is prohibited under the Gambling Act 2005, and we do not knowingly allow under-18s to use this site.

All predictions, statistics, accumulators, and recommendations on this site are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, betting tips, or guarantees of any kind. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance of our model does not guarantee future results. We do not present gambling as a route to financial security, a source of income, a solution to debt, or a substitute for employment — bets should be funded only from discretionary money you can afford to lose.

We make no representation or warranty that the predictions, odds, or any information on this site are accurate, complete, current, or reliable. The model can be wrong. Bookmaker odds change minute-to-minute and may be stale by the time you act on them. We do not promise that following our recommendations will result in profit. Multi-season backtest figures (e.g. ROI percentages) are historical and have not been adjusted for survivorship, fees, or real-world execution costs.

5. Affiliate disclosure

We may receive a commission when users sign up to a bookmaker via links on our site. This is how we keep the service free. It does not influence our predictions or odds comparisons — every recommendation is generated by the same underlying model regardless of affiliate status. Affiliate links are denoted clearly with an inline "Ad" label next to the bookmaker badge and a rel="sponsored" attribute on the link itself. We only partner with UK Gambling Commission-licensed operators with active affiliate compliance programmes. Where we surface any bookmaker promotional offer (e.g. sign-up bonuses), the significant terms — including minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and expiry date — will be displayed alongside the offer in line with the CAP Code.

All content, design, code, model outputs, and branding on matchpredix.com are the property of Matchpredix or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute the content commercially without written permission. Personal use (viewing, sharing individual predictions on social media with attribution) is welcome.

Match data, odds, and team information are sourced from third parties including football-data.co.uk, the Odds API, FBref, API-Football, and the Betfair Exchange. We do not control these sources and accept no liability for inaccuracies in their data. Bookmaker logos and brand names belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Complaints about how we handle personal data can also be referred to the Information Commissioner's Office. Complaints about a bookmaker (e.g. account, settlement, or bonus dispute) should be raised with the bookmaker first; if unresolved, the UK Gambling Commission regulates licensed operators.
